Short stay low season, 100 euros/day (minimum 2 nights)
Short stay rate average , 120 euros/day (minimum 2 nights)
Short  stay high season: 130 euros / day (minimum  2 nights)
Very high season: 145 euros/day (minimum 3 nights)

Tourist tax in addition: 
 Fixed price : 1,5e/adult/night 

Cleaning charge at end of stay  : 40 euros
 towel no included (optional) 10 euros for 4 p
sofabed (1 p) extra 20 euros/night if you are 5 peoples.

CONDITION


A 25% deposit will be requested at the time of your booking . For short stays, if paying by cheque, payment must be made at least 15 days before arrival  otherwise in cash on arrival.

A deposit of 400 euros will be requested on your arrival and refunded at your departure after the inventory
